Ingredients: 1 cup flour, sifted 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 egg 2 cups grated cheese 1 pinch salt 1/2 cup milk - Beat the egg in the milk and then mix together with the rest of the ingredients. - Put large teaspoonfuls on a cold greased tray. - Bake for 10 minutes in a hot oven[400F/200C].

Ingredients 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tomatoes 1/2 tsp of garlic and ginger 2 green chilies Salt - Grind chopped coriander leaves, tomatoes, chillies and the garlic and ginger paste together. - Add a pinch of salt to taste prior to serving.
